Brief History
Butch Stockton was the Field Agent for the Department of Horror Intervention
in Roulette City before Steve Lawlis. Having the rank of Special Agent,
Butch had more than enough training to handle all aspects of his job and
had no need of a Research & Aquisitions Agent. He did have an Office Manager,
Cecilia Pennyfarthing, but mostly because she was screaming hot.
Butch maintained the peace in Roulette City for many years before he finally disappeared under strange circumstances. (See the upcoming Steve Lawlis Spectacular miniseries.)

In a word, Butch Stockton is a Legend.
Butch is a Man's Man; men want to be him, and women want to be with him. Even someone as cool as Steve Lawlis look up to him; he's the Elvis of the DHI! He's strong, talented, smart, arrogant, cocky, and confident. Plus, he's the only guy around town that can pull off such a sweet mustache.
