Brief History
Before being transferred to the Roulette City Branch of the Department of Horror Intervention, Steve served as Field Agent for the Branch Office in Calamity Falls of Nocturne County. Located near the infamous Lake Doom, Calamity Falls was a community over-ridden with many types of Horrors, most of which fell under the Slasher Category.

During his time there, Steve and his partner Pete Redshirt were responsible for eliminating over 90% of the Horror Community in Calamity Falls which allowed them a certain amount of leniency once they royally screwed up. They caused so much property damage on their final case that they were immediately transferred out.

Who Is He?
Steve Lawlis is generally cocky, arrogant, rude, and slightly egotistical; and those are his good points! This is a guy who loves to fight, and would rather shoot a werewolf or stake a vampire than have to write a report. In fact, he never writes any reports. He leaves that to his best buddy and partner, Pete Redshirt. He tends to rely on brute force before brains at any given time. Still, even with his many flaws, Steve does his best to do the right thing.
